Children and Youth are one of the best parts of our family. We love teaching them.
Our Vision
To provide a safe and engaging environment for children and youth to find their identity in God through worship, prayer, and teaching; working alongside parents to provide opportunities for each child and youth to grow in their identities as children of God.

We create a special worship experience just for kids to help them grow in faith, but they’re always welcome to worship with their families in the main service too.

Kids Classes & Youth Meetings
We have classes for children who are newly walking through 13 years of age. Each class uses a multi-sensory bible curriculum wrapped in lots of fun. Additionally, we have a room for mothers to tend to their little ones and Youth meetings for ages 13-18.

1st Grade - 9 Year Old Class: every Sunday
10 - 13 Year-old Class: most Sundays

QCC Kids Ministry Director:
Brandie McMillan is married to Chris McMillan, and they have a daughter and a son. Brandie moved to Charlotte in the fall of 1998 to attend ministry school. As a student, she found herself loving the children’s ministry. After graduating, she continued to work with children learning how to build a program, release kids into ministry and provide opportunities for the kids to connect with God. Her experience and her love for working with children have equipped her for building a children’s ministry here at Queen City Church.
